Responsible for building and driving the product roadmap
Deliver on outcomes defined for products for digital lending
Conduct market research and understand the overall market for the segment
Identify, define, and track key metrics for products
Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weakness of each competitor, to use competitive knowledge to assist in outbound product positioning and to set internal development priorities
Own and manage the product backlog and prioritize product enhancements, partner, and customer requests by using sound judgment and decisive trade-offs

Responsible for bringing new alliances with K12 Schools, Colleges, Universities, Coaching, Tuition, Vocational courses classes Institutes for the business development for sourcing retail customers for educational lending products.
Responsible for end to end relationship management including training, on-boarding and grievance resolution of the allied institute staff and other officials.
Manage end to end sales cycle - presentation, commercial negotiation, defining Institute’s scope of work, coordination with internal team to ensure timely go live.
Prepare necessary sales reports and MIS on a routine basis.
Present analysis, findings w.r.t policy and processes, and give recommendations to Product and policy team, especially findings that involve a borrower’s ability to repay & bringing efficiency & cost reduction to the overall customer loan management journey.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weakness of key competitor, to use competitive knowledge to assist in outbound product positioning and to set internal development priorities. Set up payment plans and Monitor progress of existing loans.
