This Privacy and Security Policy ("Policy") describes how Fly Hi Financial Services Ltd
(“Company”/”FHFSL”) ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal informaon ("PI")

“Website”/"Plaorm").
This Policy covers the pracces for handling and securing your Informaon by the Company gathered

"Customer"/ "users") who access, use, purchase any Services from the Company or its subsidiaries or
aliates or its brands through FHFSL’s digital lending applicaon, website, mobile sites and other online

1. Informaon We Collect
The privacy of our users, whether they are our former or exisng users or merely a visitor to our Plaorm,
is important to us and we are strongly commied to your right to privacy and to keeping your Personal
Informaon (PI) and other informaon secure. We encourage the users of our Plaorm to read this Privacy
Policy in detail to understand what types of Informaon we collect and how we use this Informaon. We
collect several types of informaon through the Plaorm, including:
• Personal Informaon (PI): The Company intends to protect the privacy of its users accessing or
using its Services on the Plaorm, and the privacy of the data provided by the users to the
Company from me to me.
Any informaon exchanged by you with the Company in the form of wrien communicaon,
responses to emails, feedback provided, parcipaon in discussions, etc. is handled with

score, credit informaon report, Aadhar details fetched from UIDAI.
PI also includes Know Your Customer (KYC) documents like address proof, identy proof, ocially
valid documents/details (OVDs) accepted for concluding a nancial transacon, which may be
shared/ uploaded by you, as and when you avail any products or use the website and our digital
lending applicaon to which FHFSL may become privy to.
PI shall also include “Sensive Personal Data or Informaon” as dened under the Informaon
Technology (Reasonable security pracces and procedures and sensive personal data or
informaon) Rules, 2011 that may be collected, used, processed, and stored on the Plaorm
pursuant to this Policy.
Third-party service providers whose services may form part of the Services provided by FHFSL
may also collect PI as per the terms and condions applicable to such third-party service providers.
By procuring the Services or vising the Plaorm, the users hereby agree to be bound by the terms
of such third-party service providers. However, the user hereby agrees that it shall access any such
third-party services at its own risk and the Company shall in no event be responsible for the same.
• Device Informaon: We may collect informaon about the device you use to access the Plaorm,
such as the device type, operang system, IP address, and unique device ideners.
• Locaon Informaon: We will request one-me access to your device's locaon for Know Your
Customer (KYC) purposes.
• Camera Access: We will request one-me access to your device's camera for Know Your Customer

• Usage Informaon: We collect informaon about how you use the Plaorm, such as the pages
you visit, the features you use, and the me you spend on the Plaorm. We may use cookies and
other tracking technologies to collect this informaon.
• Social Media Informaon: The Company may have presence on social networking websites
including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twier, YouTube and blogs which are promoonal
and business iniaves to aract, engage and connect to a larger group of people. The domain
links contained therein may either direct you to our Plaorm or request your parcipaon by way
of feedback, suggesons, etc. The Company, in this regard, fully disclaims any liability(ies) or
claim(s), which may arise by use/misuse of your feedback, suggesons, views, etc. on any of the
aforemenoned networking websites or blogs, by any third party whether or not known to the
Company.
• Facematch: The Company may collect customer photographs/seles during the loan applicaon
process for the purpose of identy vericaon and fraud prevenon, including face matching with
ocially valid documents. Such photographs are used solely for vericaon purposes and are the
only biometric data geng stored. The Company does not store or process any other biometric
ideners
The Plaorm does not access mobile phone resources like le and media, contact list, call logs, telephony
funcons and others or collect any biometric data.
2. Use of Your Informaon
We use your informaon for the following purposes:
• To process your loan applicaon and service your loan.
• To verify your identy and comply with KYC regulaons.
• To assess your creditworthiness.
• To provide customer support.
• To improve the Plaorm and our services.
• To send you markeng communicaons (with your consent).
• To comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
FHFSL will not sell or rent your PI to anyone for commercial purposes to anyone in a way that is contrary
to the commitments made and/or other than as set forth in this Policy.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may share your informaon with an aliate and/or business partner.
FHFSL may also share, sell, and/or transfer your personally idenable informaon to any successor-in-

interest as a result of a sale of any part of our business or upon the merger, reorganizaon, or consolidaon
of it with another enty on a basis that it is not the surviving enty.
We limit the collecon and use of your personal informaon. We may make anonymous or aggregate
personal informaon and disclose such data only in a non-personally idenable manner. Such
informaon does not idenfy you individually.
Access to your account informaon and any other personal informaon is strictly restricted and used only
in accordance with specic internal procedures, and for the purposes set out in this Policy, in order to
operate, develop or improve our services.
You understand and agree that the Company may connue to store your Informaon aer you cease use
of the Services or disable your use of, access to, or otherwise of the Services or the Plaorm.
We may also share your informaon, without obtaining your prior wrien consent, with government
agencies mandated under the law to obtain informaon for the purpose of vericaon of identy, or for
prevenon, detecon, invesgaon including cyber incidents, prosecuon, and punishment of oenses,
or where disclosure is necessary for compliance of a legal obligaon. You agree and consent to the website
or our digital lending applicaon to disclose your informaon, if so required, under applicable law.
3. DND\DNC Waiver
In furtherance to your usage of the website or our digital lending application, you expressly waive the Do
Not Call (DNC) / Do Not Disturb (DND) registrations on your phone/mobile numbers for contacting you
for such purpose and usage. Hence, there will be no DNC / DND check required for the number you may
have left on our website. Such modes of contacting you may include sending SMSs and/ or telephonic calls.
4. Sharing Your Informaon
We may share your informaon with third-party service providers who help us operate the Plaorm and
provide our services.

These service providers are contractually obligated to keep your informaon condenal and secure. We
will not share your informaon with any other third party without your consent, except as required by law.

The data stored by the Company is shared with the NBFC (non-banking nancial instuon) and lending
partners of the Company, in exclusivity. All the data shared with NBFC/lending partners is unmasked
except in the case of Aadhaar, which is always masked in all the cases.
5. Credit informaon report
Your Credit Information (credit score and credit information report) is procured through a search of your
credit records with Credit Information Companies (“CICs”) and FHFSL has no control over the content or
accuracy of information provided in your credit information by CICs. FHFSL gets this information from
CIC for and on your behalf only when you agree to appoint FHFSL as your lawfully appointed authorized
agent/representative for collecting your credit information from CICs. By consenting to use and avail your
credit information report through FHFSL, you agree that FHFSL and CICs shall be entitled to rely on
your authorization and consent granted by you to FHFSL.
• Availing your credit informaon through FHFSL is subject to your passing of appropriate identy
authencaon for security and privacy purposes. FHFSL shall not nofy you of the reasons if you
are unable to pass such identy authencaons and not able to view and/or use your credit
informaon.
• FHFSL may analyze and prole your credit informaon in order to process your loan applicaons
or assist you in idenfying and inform you of credit products that are likely to be suited to your
circumstances.
6. Data Security
The Company processes and stores all customer data exclusively on servers located within India. No data
is stored or processed outside India in compliance with applicable laws
We use reasonable safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of Your informaon against loss, the,
unauthorized access, disclosure, reproducon, use or amendment. To achieve the same, we use reasonable
security pracces and procedures as mandated under applicable laws for the protecon of Your
informaon. We have a comprehensive documented informaon security program and informaon
security policy that contains managerial, technical, operaonal, and physical security control measures.

If the Company uses a vendor for storage of Informaon such as Amazon Web Services, all data storage
by the vendor will be subject to the vendor's security systems, and any breach of such privacy or security
policies of the vendor will be beyond the reasonable control of the Company, and the Company will not
be held responsible for such breaches.
We take reasonable steps to protect your informaon from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteraon, or
destrucon. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure. Therefore,
we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your informaon.
To access your account with the Company, you would need to share OTP sent to your cellular devices on
a subscriber number linked to a specic SIM card. In the event of a loss, the or control by a hacker of
such device and\or SIM card, you are required to promptly inform us of the same, in order for us to disable
the Services accessible through such device. You understand and accept that the reporng of such an
event is solely your responsibility, conngent to which we may enable you to access our Services as was
previously available to you with the same terms and condions as was previously applicable. However, we
do not warrant the replacement or refund of our Services, on account of the loss, the, or control by a
hacker of such device and\or SIM card, through which our Services were previously being accessed by
you.

7. Cookies and/or pixel tags
We use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store certain informaon about your use
of the Plaorm. Cookies are small data les that are transferred to your device when you visit a website.
They allow the website to remember your preferences and acvity over me. You can disable cookies
through your browser sengs, but this may limit your ability to use certain features of the Plaorm.
8. Payment
The Company uses Easebuzz and Naonal Automated Clearing House ("NACH") for processing online
payments with respect to the Services. We do not store your credit card details or debit card details or
your internet banking details on our servers. The payment data is encrypted through the Payment Card
Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing your payments. Your purchase transacon
data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transacon and is not saved thereaer.
The payment gateway adopted by the Company adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by
the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint eort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements will help ensure the secure handling of payment data informaon by the Plaorm.
Payment gateways and other payment transacon processors will have their own privacy policies in
respect to the informaon you are required to provide to them, and we are required to provide to them
for your payment-related transacons, and as such, those details will be governed by their privacy policies.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your PI. You can also request to restrict the processing of

10. Opt-out
When you ll in a form and submit on the website or register with the digital lending applicaon you are
asked for your contact number and other details during registraon and may be sent SMS, electronic mails
(“e-mails”), nocaons, WhatsApp messages about our services or follow-ups to nish the applicaon to
your wireless device.
In case you do not want to be disturbed over telephonic calls or emails or WhatsApp messages, kindly ll

11. Children
The Plaorm is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect informaon
from children under 18.
12. Data retenon and destrucon
FHFSL will maintain all necessary records of transacons between itself and the customer, both domesc
and internaonal, for at least ve years from the date of the transacon.
At the end of 5 years from the date of such transacon that required collecon of such data all records
(physical as well as digital) will be reviewed in a commiee formed for review of such data and headed by
Chief Informaon Ocer. A decision shall be made if FHFSL should destroy this data in accordance with
the data retenon policies outlined below.
• If data is of a repeat customer who regularly opts for FHFSL products and services and we would
need a historical transacon trail to process further applicaons, an excepon shall be made and
documented to archive such data for another calendar year. All archived data will get reviewed at
the end of a calendar year from the date of archival.
• If data pertains to a customer whose applicaon was rejected or applicaon was abandoned by
the customer before compleon and no product, or services have been availed in the said
transacon, such data will be purged. Electronic les will be deleted, Database entries will be
masked, and physical documents will be destroyed by a document destrucon company hired by
FHFSL.
• If there have been no new transacons iniated by the customer his\her data will will be purged.

• The Company shall ensure that all customer data collected during the signup and\or during the
loan applicaon process, including but not limited to bank statements, photographs/seles, and
KYC-related informaon, is retained for a minimum period of 5 years

guidelines for a minimum period of 5 years.

• Similarly, customer data such as bank statements and supporng documents shall be stored for a
minimum period of 5 years as per RBI guidelines.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from me to me. We will maintain version control so that customer can clearly
idenfy what exact policy version they have consented to. We will nofy customers of any changes by
posng the new Policy on the Plaorm and also send communicaon for consent to newer version of the
policy document to obtain explicit consent. If the customer doesn’t consent to the updated policy
document, their data will be sll governed by the previous version consented to and\or removed from the
system and stored in a separate vault to avoid and non-consented acons on the said customers data.
14. Obligaons of the User
You hereby agree that you shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share
any informaon that:
(i). belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right.
(ii).is in violates any law for the me being in force.
(iii). deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or knowingly and intenonally
communicates any informaon which is patently false or misleading in nature but may reasonably be
perceived as a fact.
(iv). impersonates another person; and
(v).is patently false and untrue, and is wrien or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass
a person, enty or agency for nancial gain or to cause any injury to any person.
15. Severability
Each clause of this Policy shall be and remain separate from and independent of and severable from all
and any other clauses herein except where otherwise expressly indicated or indicated by the context of
the Policy. The decision or declaraon that one or more clauses are null and void shall have no eect on
remaining clauses of this Policy. This Policy does not apply to any informaon other than the informaon
collected through the Plaorm. This Policy shall be inapplicable to any unsolicited informaon You provide
us through this Plaorm or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, informaon

condenal and the Company is free to use and/ or disclose such unsolicited informaon without any

16. Indemnity
You agree and undertake to indemnify us in any suit or dispute by any third party arising out of disclosure
of informaon by you to third pares either through our Plaorm or otherwise and your use and access
of websites, applicaons and resources of third pares. We assume no liability for any acons of third
pares with regard to your Personal Informaon or sensive personal data or informaon which you may
have disclosed to such third pares.

17. Compliance with RBI Guidelines
This Policy is designed to comply with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines on Regulaon of Prepaid
Payment Instruments and Merchant Stored Value Facilies (PPs & MSVs), including the guidelines for
